What if I have an actual photograph that I would like to get on a button? You can send us the photo including a self addressed return
envelope. We will scan the photo and return it. The merchandise that
you want the picture(s) on will follow. |

How long does it take to complete an order? That will depend on the size of the order. A small order can be completed in under a week. A larger order (50 or more pieces) may take longer. We always try to work within the timeframe that you need the items for. The more time you give us the better. A more complex design may take longer as we will need to provide you with samples of the design so that you can approve it. |

If I want a stock button design but would like to have names on each of them is there a design cost? Not usually. Stock buttons do not require any design setup. Adding a simple piece of information to each does not entail an additional cost to you. |

If I have purchased some buttons and would like more of the same is there a new design charge? No. We keep and store your design for up to 2 years. After that time, the probability is that we will still have it but there is no guarantee. If we still have the design we would not charge for the design again. If you need minor changes to the design there is still no charge. For example. If you ordered buttons for a get together in 2003 and then wanted some for 2004 with a new year printed on them, we would update the design for free. |

Do the costs listed include delivery? No. If the buttons have to be shipped the costs of shipping will be determined and added to the final amount. |
||||||||
|
How will I pay for the buttons? We can accept payments thought PayPal or by certified cheque or money order. On smaller orders we require payment prior to filling the order. On orders of $100 or more we will begin production on receipt of 50% of the cost and ship once the final payment is made. |

I can see how buttons with pins may be unsafe for young children but what about the magnets, keychains and mirrors? Children under the age of 3 tend to put things in their mouth. While the magnet back and the chain on the keychains are very secure there is always the possibility that one could come loose and would then pose a choking hazard. We strongly recommend that no button types be given to a child under the age of three. |
